To start verifying emails directly in Google Sheets:
- Install the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
- Open your Google Sheet and go to Extensions → Email Verifier → Start.
- Paste or import the list of email addresses you want to verify.
- Click Verify to start real-time validation.
Results (Valid / Invalid / Risky) will appear automatically in your sheet.
🛠 Common Issues & Fixes
- “Internal Error” or “Execution Timeout”: Try verifying smaller batches (100–200 emails) to stay within Google Apps Script limits.
- “Authorization Required”: Reinstall the add-on and re-authorize permissions when prompted.
- Verification not starting: Ensure your sheet columns are labeled properly (e.g., "Email").
- Slow performance: Verification time depends on the recipient mail servers and rate limits.

- Q: Is my data stored?
A: No, we don’t store your emails or sheet content. All processing happens securely in real-time. - Q: How accurate are the results?
A: 95–99% accurate depending on domain response. Some mail servers (catch-all) always show valid. - Q: Can I verify bulk lists?
A: Yes! The add-on supports batch verification directly inside Google Sheets. - Q: What does “Risky” mean?
A: It means the server accepted the address but cannot confirm mailbox existence (often for catch-all domains).
